We kindly ask all guests to familiarise themselves with the following terms when dining with us.

Reservation Duration

Upon reservation, we will always inform you of the time allocated for your table in your booking confirmation, allowing you to enjoy the full experience. we may need the table for a following reservation at the end of your allotted time. we appreciate your co-operation and understanding in this matter. If you would prefer longer, please let us know ahead of your reservation and we will always try to accommodate as best we can. 

Card Details & No-Show Fees

On busier days, such as Friday and Saturday, we kindly require the provision of credit or debit card details to secure all reservations.

Card details are held securely, and no payment is taken unless:

  • You fail to arrive at your allocated time – we will hold the table for 15 -20 minutes.

  • You cancel or reduce your party size with less than 24 hours’ notice

In these cases, a non-refundable £10 per person charge will apply.

Changes to Party Size
If your party size increases, please let us know in advance. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the reservation if a larger group arrives without notice, as we may not be able to accommodate the change.

Our booking system allows a maximum group size of eight to be booked online. Larger parties must be arranged in advance via email or phone so we can staff and space accordingly, without disrupting the flow of service or the relaxed atmosphere we aim to maintain for all guests.

Guests who book multiple tables to bypass these rules may be declined service and charged the no-show fee.

Early Departures & Walkouts
If a party arrives but chooses to leave without dining, this may still be treated as a late cancellation or no-show. A £10 per person fee may be applied at management’s discretion, as such changes often result in a loss of business we’re unable to recover.

If any guest leaves the venue without settling their bill, the full outstanding amount will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking. By completing a reservation, you agree to this condition.

Service Charge
For tables of fewer than six guests, service charge is optional and may be removed at the guest’s discretion.
For groups of six or more, a 12.5% service charge will be added to the final bill.

Dress Code
We kindly ask guests to observe a smart-casual dress code. We do not permit fancy dress costumes or hen/stag party attire. If you’re unsure, just let us know ahead of your visit.

Lost Property
We are not liable for any damage, breakage, or loss of items or clothing left on the premises or brought in by individuals. We are unable to provide replacements or refunds for such items.

Behaviour & Right to Refuse Entry
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any guest who behaves in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or disruptive to staff, other guests, or the general atmosphere of the venue.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Aggressive or rude behaviour

  • Excessive intoxication

  • Disruptive conduct

  • Inappropriate or offensive language

  • Failure to comply with staff instructions

Guests who are refused entry or asked to leave for any of the above reasons may still be subject to no-show fees or full charges if they have an active booking, as their behaviour may prevent us from rebooking the table.

We ask all guests to treat our team and fellow diners with respect so that everyone can enjoy their experience.

DISCLAIMER: During busy days such as Friday and Saturday card details are required when booking.

We do not charge deposits, it’s just an assurance for us that people show up when they reserve tables. If you no-show without giving us at least 24 hours notice there is a no show fee of  £10 per head charged directly to your card.

On table sizes of 6+ we do implement a non-optional service charge of 12.5% 

Our bar is not liable for any damage, breakage, or loss of items left in the premises or brought in by individuals, and therefore will not provide replacements or refunds.

Please note, that we have a smart-casual dress code: no flip-flops, tracksuits, fancy dress costumes, or baseball caps/hats. This dress code is a guideline, so if you need to wear any of the above or are unsure, please let us know before your booking.
