Highland Park dinner [16th April]

After our first Macallan exclusive dinner, we are back to bring you another secret fine dining experience. This time we have chosen to work with another legendary whisky, from the most remote Orkney island in Scotland, the Highland Park distillery.

For the evening you will explore different expressions of the Highland Park whiskeys, perfectly paired with a 5-course dinner, finishing on the Highland Park 25-year-old. The host will be Joseph Ellis a well-known whisky expert who will take us through the tales and secrets of this distillery dram by dram. Our chef for the night will be Oakan Brousse who has worked with Michelin Star restaurants, he has crafted an incredible menu for this evening.

Limited tickets are available as this is an intimate social event, you will enjoy dining on a banquet table setting amongst other enthusiasts. This event is black tie or smart attire, the event will start from 19:00 till late in the evening, tickets are priced per person.
